When the machine goes quiet

A dead computer is rarely a single story. It is a stack: power, then board, then storage, then the operating system that was fine until it was not. Our A+ certified technicians start at the wall outlet and walk inward. That order saves money more often than any miracle part.

What “no power” usually is

A dark tower can be a $12 cable, a tired supply, a shorted stick of memory, or a board that has finally given up the clock. We do not guess from the living room. We swap known-good pieces in sequence and write down what changed. If the drive still answers, we image it before anyone gets brave with a screwdriver.

Almost any PC problem

The original promise of this shop still holds: we can diagnose and fix almost any PC problem. “Almost” is the honest word. Water on a board, a crack through a BGA, a password the owner no longer owns — those have limits. Everything else is a process, and process is what you are paying for.

Bring the machine, the charger it actually uses, and the last time it behaved. We will tell you if the repair is cheaper than a new build. That sentence is the whole ethic.
