The install is not the craft
The craft is the hardware list. Wi-Fi chipsets that need a sermon, GPUs that only behave after a firmware file lands in the right directory, audio codecs that mute themselves after suspend. We pick parts that already have a reputation in the forums you actually read, then we install, then we leave you with notes instead of folklore.
Dual-boot without the hostage situation
If Windows has to stay for one vendor tool, we can leave it in its own room. BitLocker keys, firmware clocks, and the order of the boot menu are written down. You should not need us to choose an operating system on a Tuesday.
